Fagerhult reports Q2 sales growth of 6.8%, beats estimates
Swedish lighting manufacturer Fagerhult reported second-quarter sales of SEK 1.97 billion, surpassing the average analyst estimate of SEK 1.94 billion.
The company’s sales increased 6.8% during the quarter. Order intake rose 8.6% to SEK 2.07 billion, though organic order growth declined 0.5% after adjustments.
The adjusted EBITA margin fell to 5.7% from 7.4% in the prior-year period. Fagerhult attributed the weaker gross margin and lower EBITA margin primarily to a less favorable sales mix in its Collection and Premium segments.
