Etihad Airways suspended passenger flights from Pakistan

Etihad Airways suspended flight operations from Pakistan on Thursday. The decision was made , a day after several passengers who had traveled to Hong Kong by another airline were tested positive for Covid-19.

After Fly Dubai and Emirates, Etihad is the third airliner from UAE to have temporarily suspended its flight operation from Pakistan.

Outbound flights of Etihad Airways are suspended till July 1st. However inbound flights will continue to operate.

Etihad Airways had resumed their weekly flights twice a week from Karachi and Lahore on June 13 after a period of 55 days and was planning to operate flights from Islamabad.
